TLA Worldwide sells Australian arm to QMS

TLA Worldwide’s London-listed parent company has agreed to sell TLA Worldwide Australia, the company’s sports marketing business, to ASX-listed QMS Sport Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of QMS Media, for $28.2 million.
